Why 63 Days
- The First Sun RisingYour Energy Centers Re‑membered
- The Second Sun RisingYourself Re‑membered
- Two Suns WeavingEarth, Heart and Heaven Coherence Re‑membered
The 63 days are stepping stones that build life-energy skills, portals and experiences. These are your foundation for a more receptive life — a life with "your inner technology" turned on.
The commitment is 4 in 1.
The first three: the three core principles of the Fourth Way that dust off your original self, and help you spark a broader life realization. Each is repeated and deepened, in each energy center, for a period of 21 days — the time it takes to transform a habit and to embody a new aspect of your inner being.
The fourth: your daily Body Drop — a practice of heart-brain coherence, and your portal to mastering Earth – Heart – Heaven coherence, which originates in the heart center, the conductor, but activates all seven centers.
You are not alone on this journey. Your greater self and your guides will quickly come on board, and you can draw on our larger group energy, including other practitioners on the same path. You can access and add to our group momentum through our videos and Paul's online classes. Join us →
The Three Adapted Fourth Way Statements
A Short Form of Tai Chi,
and Uncovering the Self
Two Suns Rising is a somatic practice: a unique short form of Tai Chi, engaging the self re-membering principles of the Fourth Way.
The Fourth Way: About a hundred years ago, Gurdjieff and Ouspensky taught what they called the Fourth Way. They said we live most of our lives on automatic, in a kind of trance, simply reacting to whatever pulls our strings. And that breaking free from the trance and waking up can happen in the middle of ordinary life. Their central practice was self-remembering: coming back to yourself even, and especially, while you're busy with the world.
Two Suns Rising gives that practice of awakening a daily structure, the power of repetition, and a responsive and receptive energy system to work with.
Where the Fourth Way was stern, we are kind: every part of us gets a seat at the table. Where it called for great effort, we move forward with a few simple acts of remembering every day, enjoyable and rewarding enough to bring us back tomorrow.
Through Tai Chi movement, the seals and the breath, we progress and notice who is here without an agenda, and then come back to each center, again and again.

How the 63 Days Work
- Commit. Choose your start date, your daily Body Drop moment, and how you'll mark each day.
- Practice. About 30 minutes a day: the dedication, the seven centers, the seals with that block's statement, and gratitude.
- Change the statement every 21 days. Miss a day, carry on where you left off. Nothing resets.
- Members: come to the live classes when you can, and talk with Paul when you finish.

Questions
Do I need any experience?
No. You will learn enough in the first class to practice on your own, and within a few classes you will feel quite at home with it.
Can I do the 63 days without membership?
Yes. Follow the classes on YouTube and keep your own count. Membership adds the live classes, the recordings and the conversation with Paul at the end.
Do I need to practice in bare feet?
If that's your preference. But it's not necessary. Comfortable footwear and indoor practice are highly effective for most people. The goal is to make the practice fit your life, and have it bring you the most contentment and connection.
What do I need?
Comfortable clothes and a little space to move. No external equipment needed.
What if I miss a day?
Carry on where you left off. Nothing resets.
